CUTASC (CU Technical and Administrative Services Corp.) has an exciting employment opportunity for intermediate and senior .Net developers with a background using ASP.Net, WCF, Win Forms and WPF on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be bondable with experience in the development and maintenance of banking system applications. Current Microsoft Developer certifications and/or related experience in the Wealthview Banking family of applications would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of the Harmony & Liberty products.
• Creation of technical and architectural documentation.
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer to other employees.
• Participate in design activities and estimating tasks as directed.
• Ability to perform detailed design activities.
• Fix defects in the suite of Harmony and/or Liberty products.
• Analyze issues raised directly by customers or internal teams and help provide the appropriate resolution.
• Work independently and effectively to deliver work on time and meeting predetermined business specifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• You have a minimum of 4 years .NET C# and Microsoft SQL Server knowledge.
• Your .NET experience will have included work with rich and web client interfaces and communication tools i.e. Win Forms, WPF, ASP.Net and WCF.
• You have strong experience applying object oriented programming principals and patterns.
• You have strong experience with solution and application design.
• You are passionate about building quality software by applying software development best practices.
• You are experienced with test automation tools and frameworks.
• You have experience in communicating ideas and garnering consensus within a team environment.
• You have a degree in information technology or computer science plus two to four years working experience in the financial industry (banking  sector is an asset ).
• You’ve completed or are working towards Microsoft Certifications.
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills. You are personable and fun.
