CU Technical and Administrative Services Corp. (CUTASC), a corporation owned by Northern Savings Credit Union (NSCU), was formed as a joint venture to implement, manage and support the Wealthview Banking System for five BC Credit Unions. Today, CUTASC serves multiple credit union clients, a regional bank, and operates a technical support division servicing southern Vancouver Island, and Prince Rupert BC.
In addition to the operation and management of banking systems and gateways, CUTASC operates a help desk, and provides other full network hardware and software support services. Software development work including development, business analysis, and project management to maintain or enhance the banking system is also performed. CUTASC also has extensive experience with banking system implementations and project management.
CUTASC currently operates from four locations, a production data centre in premises shared with NSCU in Prince Rupert, BC, a Disaster Recovery Plan data centre in Campbell River, BC, a banking services centre in Langley, BC, and a sales office in Vancouver, BC. Administrative offices are located in the Campbell River location.
CUTASC operations are managed by a CEO, and a full management team covering Client Services, Banking Services, Technical Services, and Development Services.
CUTASC also maintains ongoing relationships with various contractors, and draws upon this pool of associates on a contract basis as project requirements demand.
